- There is a $6.95 shipping charge for each pair of shoes ordered.*
- All packages sent by USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage.
- Gift cards are shipped via USPS standard mail.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage and can take 1-5 days to be processed before shipping. Expedited shipping is not available. Tracking is provided on your account order page. We are unable to cancel or modify orders. We do not ship internationally which includes: Guam, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders. If you would like to place an order using a Canadian billing address and US shipping address, please call us at 1-877-290-6262 ext.2. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST. Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a credit on an EVEREVE Gift Card. Purchases made between November 1 and December 24, 2024 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in this window is eligible for return through January 12, 2025 or within 30 days, whichever is longer.
NOTE: Gift Cards may not be returned. All intimates are final sale, excluding bodysuits.

We offer easy returns via USPS for a flat rate of $6.95.
- Start a Return by looking up your order using the email address and zipcode used to place the order.
- Next to each eligible item, you’ll see a blue link that says “X days left for return.” Click this link and follow the prompts to continue or add more items.

Download the single-use return label, and follow the instructions for shipping your item(s) back. If you plan to send back items from multiple orders, please process the online return for all orders and print all return labels. If the items will be shipped in a single package, please affix one label to the outside of the package and place any additional labels inside the package for easier identification of your return.
Once your return is received, the estimated timing to receive your refund is 15-20 business days. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you purchased the item with a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, mall gift card, or cash, you will be issued a credit in the form of an EVEREVE gift card which can be redeemed at an EVEREVE store, at evereve.com, or trendsend.com.

Popular styles sell out fast, so we encourage you to return your unwanted item(s) and order the replacement item(s) directly from evereve.com, rather than requesting an exchange. If you would prefer to have us process the exchange for you, please complete the returns process, and note the exchange request on your packing slip.
I am unable to leave my home at this time. How can I send back my return? Returns may be placed in your mailbox, or you can schedule a free USPS pickup here: https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm
I received a message that my return is pending approval. What does this mean? When returning an item that is damaged or defective, we may reach out for more information before approving a return. Please watch for an email with questions or updates.
I want to request a return, but can’t print my shipping label right now. What should I do? When you request a return and we generate a shipping label, the label will be emailed to you, so you can download and/or print at your convenience.
Where can I find my order number?
If you made a purchase online, you can find your order number on your order confirmation email. Click the link in any of your confirmation or tracking emails to start a return. If you purchased in-store, your order number is listed at the top of your receipt.
